Mark Towler, CEO of PHASE 2

The team at Phase 2 is excited to announce our founder Mark Towler is being named one of Oklahoma’s Most Admired CEOs by the Journal Record. Mark founded Phase 2 in 1998 and with his leadership, we have grown into one of the region’s leading custom software development companies.

While Mark’s ability to build an impressive company certainly qualifies him for this recognition, it is his integrity and generosity that set him apart. Mark has built Phase 2 on honesty and treats both employees and clients as peers and with the utmost respect.

The foundation of Mark’s strong leadership is his genuine thoughtfulness toward his employees and the intentional culture he has ingrained into Phase 2. Mark is a leader and mentor for his employees, helping them to grow their skillsets but making sure they never take work too seriously and keep life in perspective.

Mark also transfers these same character traits to his community interests. He has been involved with many organizations throughout the years, helping serve on many Board of Directors including The Center for Non-Profits and Young Life of Oklahoma, as well as being a member of OKC Downtown Rotary for over 10 years. He also is actively involved in cycling and is helping spearhead the effort for a cross country cycling trip to promote Young Life.

Mark is a valuable member of the Oklahoma City business community and we are fortunate to call him our CEO and friend.
