Matt Rayner, Developer

Phase 2 welcomed Matt to our growing family so we can continue to be on the leading edge of innovation and bring our clients the best quality business solutions available.

Matt only sees a green light when at a crossroads. When he was moving to a new house, he had a limited budget and opted to build his own furniture to save money. Woodworking is now something Matt does regularly. His current project is building an aquarium stand. Matt has a creative mind which he can wrap around even the hardest software obstacles our clients face. When he comes to a crossroad, he is at his best when solving difficult business challenges with beautifully useful software.

Matt graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in computer science. Matt has years of experience in software development and continues to challenge himself by competing in Code Jam, an international programming competition hosted and administered by Google.

Matt’s favorite thing about Phase 2 is that "We choose the right tool for the job and do things the right way. Striving for excellence is something that is important to me and definitely one of the things that steered me towards Phase 2.”
